any company registered outside spain can avoid paying the 21% spanish vat tax by providing the vat number in the account. if you entered your vat number, but the number was not accepted, it is probably not a valid vat number. if you have any questions about this, please, contact us.
we issue pdf invoices for all orders. a copy will be sent via mail once the purchase process has been completed. the mail may go into your junk mail folder.
all sales of files are final. sorry, but we can neither refund money nor swap incorrect asset licence purchases. there is no way for us to verify that you no longer hold copies of the asset. if the asset is defective it shall be replaced by the same asset if accompanied with purchase receipt and we are notified within 7 days of purchase.
